When will an out-of-stock product be available again?

Some products may temporarily be out of stock. If a product becomes available again, it will automatically appear on the webshop.

For custom bracelets created with the Bracelet Crafter, the product is made specifically for your order.


How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination.


Do you offer personal pickup?

Yes. You may choose personal pickup during checkout.

I received the wrong product. What should I do?

If you received a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and, if possible, attach a photo of the product so we can resolve the issue quickly.


My product arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your product arrived damaged, please contact us immediately at office@magiskperle.dk.

Attach photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can assist you.


Can I return a product?

Yes. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product.

Can personalized bracelets be returned?

Products created using the Bracelet Crafter are personalized and therefore cannot be returned unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
