This Return and Refund Policy describes the conditions under which products purchased from magiskperle.com may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
How to report a problem or request a return
If you received a defective product, would like to exchange an item, or wish to withdraw from your purchase, please contact our customer support.

If the product is damaged or defective, please attach photos of the item in your first email so that our customer support team can review the issue as quickly as possible.

How to return a product
Products may be returned using any courier service or postal service of your choice.
The Buyer is responsible for arranging and paying the return shipment unless the product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If a replacement product is approved, the Seller will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to the Buyer.
Return instructions and the return address will be provided by email after the return request has been reviewed.
14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the Consumer receives the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform the Seller of the decision to withdraw from
the contract by sending a clear statement via email to:

The Buyer must return the product within 14 days after notifying the Seller of the withdrawal.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the Seller will notify the Buyer of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within a reasonable time and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Exceptions for personalized or custom products
Personalized or custom-made products created according to the Buyer’s specifications, including bracelets configured using the Bracelet Crafter, cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.
However, if a personalized product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the Buyer is entitled to request a replacement or appropriate resolution.
